Who We Are
This website is operated by Bastrop Asphalt Pros ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to quotes@bastropasphaltpros.com or by calling (737) 537-4283.
Information We Collect
- Information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, location, and project details when you request an estimate.
- Phone calls: calls to our number may be routed through a call-tracking provider, which records the caller's number, call time, duration, and, where noted at the start of the call, a recording for quality and training purposes.
- Usage data: standard analytics information such as pages visited, device type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your request, schedule estimates, and provide paving services.
- To connect you with the licensed and insured paving contractor who performs work in your area. Your request is shared with that contractor only for the purpose of serving you.
- To improve the website and measure which pages and services are most useful.
Text Messages
If you submit a form or call and we miss you, we may send a text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the contractor fulfilling your request and with service providers that help us operate this site (hosting, analytics, call tracking, and form delivery), under terms that limit their use of it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted by contacting quotes@bastropasphaltpros.com. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
